Images you attach to a question are sent for processing to generate an answer but are not saved to your conversation history.
6. Guest/Device IDs and Usage Records
When you use Cable Copilot without signing in, your browser generates a random device identifier which is stored in your browser. This identifier is used to count the free questions you have used as a guest and, if you later create an account or sign in, to carry that guest usage over to your account.
We keep usage records to enforce the limits of each plan. These records contain your account or device identifier, the type of action (for example asking an AI question or opening a document) and when it happened.
We do not use these records for advertising, and we do not currently use any third-party analytics service.

Cable Copilot maintains libraries of technical documents. Documents may be uploaded by administrators and, where the feature is available to you, by users into personal or organisation libraries. We store the uploaded files, extracted text, and related metadata such as titles, descriptions, categories, network owner, the uploader's account and upload dates.
We also keep logs of certain document actions (such as uploading, editing, deleting or opening documents), including the account that performed the action and when.
